Somali Report
Somaliland declared succession from the rest of Somalia on May 1991. The geographical position of the country is between the 08°00’ - 11°30’ parallel north of the equator and between 42°30’ - 49°00’ meridian east of Greenwich. The country is bordered on the north by The Red Sea ; the west by the republic of Djibouti;the south by Ethiopia and the East by the rest of Somalia. The total geographical area of Somaliland is 137,600SKM; with a coastline of 850kms long (14).
