Uganda Country Programming Paper

The Uganda Country Programming Paper (CPP) is the domestication of the IGAD Drought Disaster Resilience and Sustainability Initiative (IDDRSI). It identifies Uganda’s priority interventions to end drought related emergencies and build resilience in the drylands. The overall objective of the CPP is to improve livelihoods and enhance resilience of communities to drought by transforming the agro-pastoralist and pastoralist sector into a more profitable, integrated and resilient economic
system thereby improving food and nutrition security.
